Product Description

PA6 (polyamide 6) thermoplastic: melting point range 215-225 ºC, thermal decomposition temperature exceeding 300 ºC. Lightweight: Density 1.13g/cm ³, lighter than PA66. Wear resistance: Excellent self-lubricating performance, suitable for manufacturing components such as bearings and gears. Solvent resistance: Can tolerate solvents. Impact resistance: superior to PA66, but with stronger moisture absorption. Tensile strength:>60MPa, flexural strength: 90MPa, notch impact strength:>5kJ/m ². Water absorption rate: Balanced water absorption rate of 3.5%, processing temperature: 230-280 ºC, strict drying requirements (drying at 80 ºC for 16 hours when humidity>0.2%)
