Product Description

Polyoxymethylene (POM) is a high-performance engineering plastic with high strength and rigidity: tensile strength of 60-70MPa, bending strength of 90-110MPa, close to aluminum metal, known as "plastic steel fatigue resistance: not easy to break under long-term cyclic load, fatigue strength is 1.5-2 times that of nylon (PA66), suitable for high-frequency moving parts such as gears and bearings. Low temperature toughness: stable performance in the range of -40 ºC~100 ºC, and good impact resistance at low temperatures. Self lubrication: The static friction coefficient is about 0.14 (when worn against steel), the dynamic friction coefficient is stable, and no additional lubrication is required
