Product Description

PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) is a high-performance engineering plastic with an unreinforced tensile strength of up to 50MPa, which can be increased to over 170MPa after glass fiber reinforcement, and a bending modulus of up to 5000MPa. After long-term use, it is not easy to break and has a water absorption rate of only 0.1% -0.3%. Its thermal deformation temperature can reach 170 ºC -220 ºC, and its long-term use temperature can reach 120 ºC -140 ºC. In the short term, it can withstand temperatures above 180 º C (such as car taillights, seats, and engine components). It has strong resistance to acids, bases, and organic solvents (oil and engine oil), making it suitable for chemical pipelines and fuels
